If one is searching for adventure and intrigue they must look at everything in their life as though it is a story. By making everyone a character, you create the good guys and the bad ones, along with background members of the book who play small but important roles. There are characters willing to cheat you, and characters whose laughter fills a room like booming thunder, and characters that are of the boldest content of which you'd forever wish you could be. There is rising action, and falling. Be sure not to name the most obvious of times as the climax to your story, because that would be signifying "the end."
